About this app

This is a timeclock and invoice generating app designed for medical providers and medical staffing agencies. This app allows medical providers to “Clock-In” and “Clock-Out” of the medical facility that they are working at for the day. It is designed to capture electronic signatures from the end user and Charge MDs to validate the medical provider’s physical presence at the facility. It is also designed to utilize the GPS coordinates of the medical facility to ensure that the medical provider is physically at the correct location before they are permitted to “Clock-In” to the timeclock app. Once the medical provider is finished working for the day, they can “Clock-Out” and their time spent working and total number of patient cases performed will be tracked within the timeclock system for an invoice to be auto-generated at the end of the regular payroll period. There is an additional functionality that allows the medical provider to select “Next Day Pay”. This feature will allow the medical provider to manually generate an invoice before the end of the regular payroll period. Invoices are reviewed and managed by the staffing agencies accounting team within a backend web-based system, where they can be approved and processed for payment to the medical providers.
