horrible app. can't load anything. can't verify location can't finish login. plus this awful app made by people who clearly have no idea what they're doing can't load it's own help page. no assistance for help available through phone call or email no services load it's just forever a white screen with a blue loading circle. The app isn't even available to be downloaded on certain devices. useless. but of course it works for Apple.

Some providers don't know how to use virtual equipment, the app changed my location which caused the wrong providers to populate, they switched providers without notice, and they are always late or don't show up. They've wasted at least 2 hours of my time today, and we still never got to see a doctor!! I would rate this service ZERO stars, if that was an option.

The doctors have always been really nice and it's definitely more convenient than going to the doctor at 2am, however the app design is a problem. It is 100% unrealistic to expect parents of young children to be able to babysit their phone for over an hour. Also, annoying that I can't use my phone for anything else. Even putting the app in "pop-up" makes it glitch out. Make it to run in the background or do pic-in-pic or something please! It's too sensitive to disconnection.
