I've been with Personal Capital/Empower for several years, and I appreciate what they're trying to do, but the aggregator they use is TERRIBLE! Can't reliably sync to the largest financial institutions like Vanguard and Fidelity. That's just unacceptable! Syncing has always been an issue with this app and it won't get better anytime soon, if ever. Today I'm deleting my account and won't consider coming back until they start using a different aggregator.

Tried to be patient but 2 months and no update for an account problem. I have contacted support many times but no help. They keep saying it is referred to Yodlee support. This is likely abasic connection problem. I asked them to reset the connection but they don't think it will work. At this point I'm ready to try anything

Some accounts take forever to sync for some reason. Also, I had recently updated the biometrics to my phone with new fingerprints and now the app won't even give me the option to sign in via biometrics like it used to. I tried disabling and enabling the setting in the app, but this didn't work. I do not want to delete and redownload the app to see if this will actually enable biometric authentication.
