In order to obtain really useful information, you have to subscribe to the upgraded membership level. For people struggling to raise their credit scores, the upgraded subscription price is insanely expensive. The Basic (free) level is better than nothing. I just lowered the star level from 3 to 2 because the Experian response completely ignored my comment. Clearly, I know there is a free version. I acknowledged that upfront. My point is that the free version provides almost no information.

Nice app. My credit card was had fraudulent charges. The app gives me peace of mind to know I have all my credit details at my fingertips with just a click. I can lock and unlock my credit with a click on my phone. The protection is thorough all credit bureaus, court records, medical, alternative banking, plus more. The small fee per month for the premium package is worth it.

Not a bad app. Lots of potentially useful information and links. Free access to credit reports and credit scores is good. However, 2x gripes: 1) I have not been able to consistently see my credit score over time as both a table and a graph. Usually one or the other, sometimes neither. 2) the out of app notifications on my android phone are terrible. Not because they have useless information, but because they don't take me to the information they talk about when I click on them.
