It's OK, but for a premium product it could be better. When you try and reschedule dates it jumps from 23rd June to 1st July. It doesn't have any demo videos. It asks you weekly how your finding hair removal but how would you know when you're shaving weekly. It given you no option to continue weekly at the end of the alloted sessions, just switches you to monthly. There's a lot that could be better. But there is some good in there.

Ever since I hav received this product i-expert IPL, I m unable to pair it with Iphone and not even my android phone. This was the only feature I found so cool , but I m very very disappointed.

I have wasted 10min trying to pair the device with the app on two Smartphones and non of them managed to make connection.
