It used to be a very good and useful app. So handy comparing to the hard copy, easy to use and full of useful information. However, after the last update, the app has stopped working for me. It looks fine at first. But then, no matter which product I search, I get an error notification that "the data for this product haven't been uploaded". So it has become practically unusable...

Thank you for your review. A subset of users experienced crashing or content being unavailable following a previous update. This has since been resolved, and a fix has been rolled out that is available now. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Used to work really well, then a few months ago it completely stopped working. All I could get was a plain blue screen. I was advised that the issue seemed to just be on my device. I now have a new phone so thought, great I'll try again. Alas, now all I get is the screen saying BNF + BNFC & can't do anything with it, so have had to give up on it again. Update...after a while it did let me log in & is currently working for me, so I have upped it to 3 stars as it seems inconsistent.

Easier to use and more convenient than paper. However it annoys me with repeated notifications that it wants to update itself but shows no indication in the app if it does, and has no way in-app to check or force an update. Then, often, when I do want to use it it decides that is the perfect moment to enforce an update and render itself useless for a time dependent on the current speed of the internet connection. Books at least go out of date gracefully!
