​Poor User Experience – Payment Failure ​The app is currently unreliable. I recently tried to make a order and the money was debited from my account, but the order never registered in the system. Having to chase down customer service for a refund is unacceptable. I won’t be using this app again until these payment integration issues are fixed

Very bad, they will not deliver ontime and no tracking machanism. I am not going to order any future order frm Pizzahut after 3 years ordered again, but worst exp. they didnt change I placed ordered and paid. There is no update on delivery. Tried calling the store no one picks up. Not sure about my order. If they going to deliver or not. My order number is 12837826. This is not at all acceptable behavior. I hav

Very very worst service. I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut, Avadi location. App is showing out for delivery but tracking was not showing. Tried to call Pizza Hut Avadi location but the given number in there location does not exist. Called customer care 3 times, all the time they said order delayed and they put my call on hold to check the status and never connected the call again. Completely frustrated. Since I already paid, I directly went to the shop & got the parcel. Worst experience ever.
