worst app ever to order food. I have placed an order, my money was deducted fromt the account, but when I opened the app again, my order hasn't been placed. No customer service at all. When I called the store even they are clueless and asked me to wait for few days. But when I asked what will happen in few days, even they are blank as if they are hoping I would forget about this is few days.

I had a very poor experience with the Pizza Hut app. I placed an order through the app, and the payment was successfully deducted, but the order was not confirmed or booked. The next day, I visited the nearest store in person, and they acknowledged the issue and provided the pizzas. However, I am disappointed that there was no proper communication or resolution from customer care, as my attempts to reach them went unanswered. Absolutely terrible experience. I had placed an order after waiting it never arrived. There was no update, no communication, nothing. After waiting patiently for 90 mins, I had to follow up myself, only to be told that the order was cancelled without any notification or explanation. Poor service, zero accountability, and extremely frustrating.
