Really worst and worst food delivery, I ordered pizza but it not order placed but amount is deducted, then I called customer care but no one respond correctly, still I am not received refund. 1 week completed but still not received refund.

Absolutely the worst food delivery app experience I've ever had." My money was deducted instantly, but the order never even got placed. The app gave no error message, no tracking, no support option-nothing. When I finally managed to reach customer care, the representative was completely clueless and couldn't provide a single helpful answer. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply told me to "wait a few days" if you value your money and time avoid this app at all costs.
