Very disappointing experience. I placed a prepaid order through the Pizza Hut app, but after waiting for almost an hour, I was informed by the store that they had no rider and would cancel the order. I was assured that my refund would be issued immediately. However, even after 6+ hours, I have received no cancellation or refund confirmation. Customer care is also not answering calls. The app kept showing tracking information despite the actual situation. Please process my refund urgently.

I placed an order and was waiting for the delivery person. After 30 minutes, I checked the app, and it was still showing “Your order is ready for delivery,” with no further updates. I tried calling the outlet, but the phone was switched off. This is extremely poor service and completely unacceptable. My payment has already been deducted, but I have not received my order. This appears to be a fake order, and I expect an immediate refund of the deducted amount. Please also investigate the outlet

I ordered a pizza for takeaway, and after completing the payment, the app got stuck on an infinite loading screen. I reloaded the app, but there was no order history, no payment record, and no confirmation of my order. The amount was deducted from my account, yet I have received neither a refund nor any acknowledgment. This was a very frustrating experience.
