Worst App. I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order and the payment was deducted instantly, but even after waiting for an hour the order was still shown as "under process." When I finally called customer care to check, the representative casually informed me that the store never received my order and that the money would be refunded. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating not only was my time wasted, but my money was stuck without me getting what I paid for.

I ordered from Pizza Hut, but the app falsely showed the order as delivered when nothing was actually delivered. When I contacted the store, they said there was no delivery person available and asked me to wait. After waiting for nearly two hours, they casually offered a replacement instead of fixing the issue immediately. This is extremely unprofessional. Marking an order as delivered without actually delivering it is misleading and unacceptable. Poor coordination, lack of accountabiry worst

On 06.02.2026, I placed an order using a gift card through the Pizza Hut app. The order (No. 10859011) was confirmed, but within a minute it was cancelled from your side. I received a message stating that something went wrong and the deducted amount would be refunded, with advice to try again or call customer care. I contacted customer care about the refund and was told to speak to the store. The store then informed me they could not process it. This back-and-forth has caused inconvenience.
