the app is good but the orders comes always cold it's not far away from my building also they never send the ketchup napkin always in my order never the pizza cutting size also some are very big some are very smell.its make me very disappointed.

​Absolute trash. Their driver was incompetent and abusive, cursing and screaming at me for 45 minutes because he couldn't find an address that every other app finds easily. My food arrived ice cold and the "support" team did nothing but offer empty apologies. They promised to call back and never did. High prices for bottom-tier service and zero accountability for their drivers' behavior. They use their own drivers, so no wonder they act this way.

the discount coupons don't work, it shows applied but charge you full price. Hotline is not helpful.
