App was working until they supposedly upgraded it. Now I can't access it. I have over 800 points accumulated which I now can't use. It says it will send me a notification which I should agree to first. They never send it. I've tried several times without success. The exact same thing happen to my McDonalds app. Exact same update notification. They must be using the same app administrator. Unless they fix this they have lost my frequent use of their establishment!

Updated 18 oct 2022 Hut rewards needs too much follow for pick up orders even if you call or send emails no body still updates your hut rewards. Updated 28 May 2025 Almost 3 years and still the hut rewards system lacks way behind. Still needs to follow up with customer care for updating the reward points. I ordered and paid online using k-net, but still, customer care told me i need to get scan my slip at the counter and also my order after almost 48 hours still shows preparing (hilarious)

The new giant pizza is horrible! Way too thin, gets too cold and hard to eat very quickly, waste of money, whoever came up with this idea? The regular pizzas only are the best.
