Was excited to start. However, used it for the first time today and it seemed to stop counting the time. Wouldn't open the app from the home screen even though it was telling me it was active. Ended up having to continually unlock my phone. Disappointing. The total exercise time should have been 28 minutes but I was out for double that because of the confusion and the freezing.

Great motivation from voice over. It helps to stay focused and determined. However, the app gets stuck on counting time once you lock the screen. This issue must be fixed, so that I can focus on the exercise rather than keeping the phone unlocked in my hand. It also must work in sync with a music app that the voice over will dim down when talking...

Really good app, I've used it on and off since I took up running 2 years ago. Unfortunately the last couple weeks runs past week 6 won't play at all and don't have a countdown for the intro just zeros everywhere. I know it probably an idea to delete and re-download but I don't want to lose all the progress and work back up to the last week. Any help is appreciated
