This app helped me reduce my units from over 40 to under 10. It's a bit clunky at times and not the most user friendly app, but it's simple and straightforward. One suggestion for the app developers. Why don't you combine this one with the drinks tracker app. It would be useful to keep an eye on the days when you do drink. Seems silly to have a separate app that takes the same information.
Love the idea, but it doesn't keep track of completed weeks accurately. It's patchy with prompts. Nice try, but frustrating. But it does make me thing about how much I drink, which is helpful.
This was okay for while then recently keeps freezing. Please revise/update ...
Doesn't work. Completed initial setup now can't get back in. Notifications stopped after first day.
It can't get it's head round the fact that I don't drink. Doesn't want to look at any other aspect of my health.
It keeps crashing
