The App provides a sustainable solution to the ever existing shortage of blood for transfusion in healthcare institutions across the world through an online platform which brings together willing, voluntary and non remunerated blood donors, healthcare providers, hospitals, Regional Blood Transfusion Centres, patients and their relatives, care givers and organisations in a collaborative, mutual and fastest interaction. By accessing user's device location, the App accelerates locating and contacting of blood donors by healthcare providers, hospitals, Regional Blood Transfusion Centers, care givers and organisations irrespective of physical distance or place of residence thereby convenient in meeting emergency, extreme deficiency and routine needs. The notification functionality, strengthens hospitals and other healthcare institution's self reliance by allowing them to initiate on their own blood donation campaigns and communicate the same to their target audience, keep a record of their traceable voluntary blood donors and create harmonised , credible, verifiable and downloadable blood donation certificate to every donor which is accessible by the donor at all times irrespective of donor's physical location. The notification feature of the App and its chat options, provide for information exchange between any two users. The search functionality of the App enables any user to locate fellow users with same blood group as theirs or that which is compatible with them in circumstances of need for transfusion. Additionally, every blood donor, establishes their traceable donation history each time a donation from them is acknowledged within the App as successful by the attending healthcare provider or professional. The App is free for use by citizens of all countries with user's data protected.
