Learning the geography of the United States helps build a clear understanding of America’s regions, culture and political structure. Knowing all U.S. states, their capitals and their flags provides essential context for news, travel and general knowledge. This app offers a structured learning system designed for long-term retention, going far beyond simple quiz repetition.

At the core is an adaptive spaced repetition system that adjusts intervals based on your real memory performance. If you remember an item after a longer interval than expected, the next interval increases. If you hesitate or make a mistake, the interval decreases without resetting your progress. This ensures that practice time focuses exactly on what still needs reinforcement.

Two learning modes support different goals. Multiple Choice offers quick rounds and is ideal for early practice and pattern recognition. Self-Assessment strengthens active recall: you attempt the answer yourself first, then evaluate whether you knew it, almost knew it or did not know it. This method is proven to improve long-term memory.

All 50 U.S. states are included in one clear category, with several question directions available: State → Capital, Capital → State, State → Flag and Flag → State. You can freely adjust which types you want to practice without losing progress.

Tests provide a transparent way to evaluate your knowledge. Each test presents all items once and awards silver or gold medals depending on your results. This makes it easy to track improvement over time.

A complete card browser is included for looking up states, capitals and flags whenever needed.
