Terrible experience. I ordered 30 minutes ago for takeaway while stuck in traffic, only to arrive and find out my order wasn't even started because "the oven broke." Meanwhile, the app falsely claimed the order was "Done." What is the point of this app if it doesn't sync with the actual stores? Wasted my time, and now I have to wait 2 days for a refund. Incredibly disappointed and will never back to Dominos again.

the latest update won't let me open the app, with a message saying "this device does not meet the security requirements". My phone is not rooted. I have tried disabling developer mode but the issue persists. Other apps that also have security requirements (eg. banking and e-wallet apps) work just fine.

received inedible product but unable to put a complaint in the app. tried to email, message on whatsapp, twitter, Instagram, all of them refer back to this garbage app edit: the problem is i cannot send a complaint through the app! stop giving me links that redirect me to the app! I cannot file the complaint there.
