We've installed Kindoo in multiple buildings. Our experience has been very positive. Kindoo hardware has been reliable and the app works well. The key to success is proper training of Kindoo administrators and managers. Once they understand the configuration options and requirements, it goes very well. The few issues we’ve seen are users ignoring instructions such as enabling Bluetooth or signing in with a different email than originally configured. Support has been very responsive.

Does what it's supposed to do. Just frustrating how often I have to update on data because a building I haven't had to unlock in months only uses this and there's ALWAYS an update when I show up
