Worked great a few months ago, now it crashes and I can't open doors. No idea how to contact customer service. Edit: Customer Service reached out. Turns out Bluetooth needs to be on for the app to work. Would've been nice to know instead of crashing the app. I was stuck outside a building for a good 20 minutes before someone inside the building opened the door for me. Maybe instead of crashing the app, have a pop up telling us to turn on Bluetooth for the app to work properly.

Not easy to activate. Had to unsubscribe, reapply and then play with it for a few minutes. Also the active guide had me go to the northeast door of our building when it was the northwest door that made contact for opening. I miss my keys though none of my electronic devices are perfect.

We've installed Kindoo in multiple buildings. Our experience has been very positive. Kindoo hardware has been reliable and the app works well. The key to success is proper training of Kindoo administrators and managers. Once they understand the configuration options and requirements, it goes very well. The few issues we’ve seen are users ignoring instructions such as enabling Bluetooth or signing in with a different email than originally configured. Support has been very responsive.
