cheap, easy to use and nearly always works. highly useful. I do have some issues with my install but it turns out that those issues are all related to how my organization has chosen to implement. This of course is the fault of my organization rather than Kindoo. I have found that their tech support is highly responsive and quick to implement quality changes as necessary.

Worked great a few months ago, now it crashes and I can't open doors. No idea how to contact customer service. Edit: Customer Service reached out. Turns out Bluetooth needs to be on for the app to work. Would've been nice to know instead of crashing the app. I was stuck outside a building for a good 20 minutes before someone inside the building opened the door for me. Maybe instead of crashing the app, have a pop up telling us to turn on Bluetooth for the app to work properly.
