Worked great a few months ago, now it crashes and I can't open doors. No idea how to contact customer service. Edit: Customer Service reached out. Turns out Bluetooth needs to be on for the app to work. Would've been nice to know instead of crashing the app. I was stuck outside a building for a good 20 minutes before someone inside the building opened the door for me. Maybe instead of crashing the app, have a pop up telling us to turn on Bluetooth for the app to work properly.
