About this app

***
To start using this app, ask your healthcare practitioner to design & assign your home exercise program for you in Physitrack.
***

The PhysiApp® app lets you download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android phone.

Once you've installed this app on your Android phone, all you need to do is login to the app with the access code that you received from your healthcare provider.

Next, you can download your custom-made home exercise program, consisting of high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. You can even use Chromecast to play the videos on your Chromecast device.

From now, you will know exactly which exercises have been prescribed to you, and how you are supposed to perform them.

With PhysiApp, you can securely report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.

PhysiApp lets your physiotherapist or chiropractor track your progress in detail, and intervene if necessary.
Download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android device.

Poor design, so buggy. When you complete one exercise, the only option is a back button to go back to the very top of all exercises. Would make more sense to swipe thru exercises. Half the time nothing happens when I click an exercise to open it. Sometimes it has my PTs comments and sometimes not. Have to restart the app at least twice every time I use it. Option to only show incomplete exercises would be nice. This is such a simple app and it's so, so poorly designed and developed. Really sad.

Could be tremendously useful if the problems were sorted. Glitchy (videos are sometimes just black boxes), but the worst is that every time exercises are changed or added, your program expires and you cannot see them. Customer support is slow, cryptic, and evasive. The workaround is supposedly to sign out and back in with a new code, but the code never arrives. PT has asked repeatedly to do away with expiration dates but support is non-responsive.

Really enjoying it. Visuals and count in for timed sets are great. The woodblock sound is lovely. I'd love an option for subdivision (i.e. a different sound/pitch marking halfway through the rep). I use the comments section designed for leaving notes for trainer, for taking my own note. Would be good to have access to my history with each exercise, from that exercise (that way, for instance, I could see when I last did it and what notes I took about form and difficulty and any plans I made).

Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback! Your ideas around rep subdivision sounds and accessing your exercise history directly from each exercise are fantastic suggestions — the team will really appreciate hearing them. Keep up the great work with your program! — The PhysiApp Team

What's new

Educational videos now play immediately in full screen, with their own mute button. Exercise parameters are shown in a consistent order, results are sorted newest first, and headlines got a bolder look. We also fixed programs not ending on time, a paused timer restarting on its own, access codes being lost when opening a program link, clipped button labels in some languages, and various other small issues.
