Piaar is where skills meet opportunity.
Most apps ask what you do. Piaar asks two questions: what skills you offer, and what skills you're looking for. Then it connects you with people nearby whose offers match what you need — so every match is a real reason to talk.
HOW IT WORKS
• Set the skills you offer and the skills you're looking for.
• Piaar finds people around you whose offered skills cover what you're looking for.
• Each person gets a match score from 0 to 100, based purely on how well their skills line up with yours. Distance only decides who's nearby — it never inflates a score.
• Browse your matches as a ranked list or explore them on a map.
SMART, HONEST MATCHING
Piaar understands skills, not just keywords. Looking for "machine learning" surfaces people who offer "deep learning," "AI engineering," or "neural networks" — because you'd see those as related, and so does Piaar. There's no engagement-bait feed and no infinite scroll. Matches are ranked by skills fit, and that's it.

• View anyone's public profile — no pressure, no swiping.
• Send a message request to start a conversation.
• Send a connection request to add someone to your trusted network and message freely.
• Share a live location in chat when you're meeting up — each share expires automatically after 30 minutes.

Find skill-based events near you and see who's going. Create your own — public for anyone nearby, or private for just your network.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your privacy is a setting, not an afterthought:
• Choose whether you're discoverable at all.
• Show your exact location or an approximate area only.
• Hide your activity status.
• Block anyone, anytime — they disappear from your matches, messages, and network.
You can delete your data in the app at any time, and request an export by email.
