CHEATS? - App privides upto 20% discount on wallet recharge. There are no terms mentioned anywhere. However, it does not provide you discount if an order is ongoing. This tantamount to cheating as app doesn't even indicate anywhere that conditions apply. When called the customer care, he said of course condition would be applicable and I should've called the customer care first. Also, there is no option to select garments type when creating order. After collection, person decides on charges.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I've been using this service since 2017 and usually had no issues. This time, they were simply pathetic. They took my clothes for 3 days but did the washing and ironing just on the last day. The ironing quality was bad - I could've done it better myself. They delivered 5 hours late after repeated calls and requests for any information. Extremely bad experience, will not use or recommend to anyone. Their customer care number doesn't even work.

It was great to start off, but it's been all downhill since . The pick up time you set just keeps moving without anyone consulting with you. There is no cancel option, Incase the new time doesn't suit you either , it's done only through customer care . I have had my clothes delivery delayed thrice, by over a day. Quality of wash and iron is decent , I haven't had any item misplaced. Overall experience has deteriorated significantly as the convenience of the app gets lost.
