I used Medisafe for many years, and tried out several while looking for a replacement. Pillbug has nearly all the features that Medisafe has - notify someone if you miss a dose, ability to label medications for various people/pets -when adding the med, you can call it whatever you want, including adding the name of who it is for, which means they're all part of the same dashboard and you can see it all together. It does not have a pop-up notification that covers the screen yet.

Genuinely helped me remember to take my meds more and stay on top of refills. Plus the support team is absolutely wonderful and was committed to helping me solve a technical issue I was experiencing after switching phones (and they sent me some free stickers too!)

Straightforward to use and so much easier than alarms when you have multiple medications to take at different times with time gaps in between. No ads (that I have come across so far) and does what it promises without over complicating things.
