Why is this app so bad. Past week or so i have to start it, close it over and over for it to load. Then when it does load 50% of time i have to relog into it. Then once you get into it offers are broken. Half the time you save an offer takes more closing and opening for them to show up. Not to mention the last 2 chicken sandwiches I've brought from pilots seem like they were made a year ago and reheated in a microwave after being dipped in a bucket of water. I hate this app and stores.

Started out good then each update seemed to cause more glitches. And it's so random. If the app doesn't work for fueling on my phone, it'll work on my husband's phone (the same phone I have) sitting right beside me in the truck. Recently, it's been extremely hit or miss whether it'll work or not. Very disappointing because the rewards are great and when it works the fuel & go is so convenient! Just wish it was more reliable.

This is one of the worst operating apps I've ever used. It constantly bugs out, constantly fails to recognize pilot locations, constantly bugs out and refuses to show showers, and most of the time it won't even open the app. I reset the cache, reset the app, deleted it and redownload it, nothing fixes it and it's terrible.
