From a usability standpoint this app is fundamentally backwards. Instead of catering to the needs and usage style of its customers, the designer and/or committee are utterly ignoring the KISS principle and forcing what they want. After the third time the app lost my login credentials I had no interest in entering the account info again. I just want to be able to quickly look up fueling locations, and maybe what food options are available without hassle.
No good, total waste of time. Won't connect to the store half the time and when it does, it's very slow. Some stores don't give points and I have to ask the manager to load them. I see all the rewards cards I ever had but no longer carry. Can't select or edit cards. Tired of the oops messages, and now my login info won't work. This app is junk.
9 times out of 10 it can't get past the map load no clue why they have it doing that first. The information it has dose me no good if I can not access it. Loves and TA apps load in 10 to 15 seconds. This one us 5 to 10 minutes if I'm lucky.
This app sucks! My points keep disappearing for no reason , fuel at the pump only works 20% of the time and never credits your points, doesn't display # of showers anymore, crashes a couple times per week. Don't waste your time on this 3rd grade effort!
Displays "Unfortunately myPilot has stopped" 100% of the time. Quite lame. Never had my TA/Petro AP crash one time; guess I'll stick with their stores for my business. Nice myPilot splash screen though.
I appreciated the speed and ease of the previous app. I don't wish to register all the information they demand to create an account. Therefore, the time it takes to access simple information has rendered this app useless to me.
