unfortunately, ever since they rolled out the new update, I stopped getting notifications. the interface is a mess. clicking on an incident shows you a map of the entire borough instead of the incident, and comments can't be read. im not sure if this is an Android issue (samsung s23 ultra) or an app issue on their end. please go back to the old system. Even though it was outdated looking, it worked great.

Its a really good app, but you have to pay 6 bucks a month to make the most of it. The ads cover the bottom third of the screen. When you try to "X" out the ad you end up clicking the ad instead. I know theres no such thing as a free lunch but I'm not that much of a spanker to be needing this app. Good luck with this endeavour!

This app was great prior to most recent updates. Every update they do it progressively got worse and worse. It's a shame because this app was amazing to see many of the calls from the FDNY. I get no notifications and constantly signed out.
