Fly Fishing Simulator HD brings sharper graphics, custom flies and all new fishing locations to the highly popular Fly Fishing Simulator This is a first-person, photographic simulation of the sport of fly fishing. This fishing game features:

Ratings and reviews

The graphics are well done and the story lines that go along with each fishing spot are a nice touch. The "guide" gets a bit annoying when he tells you to "set the hook!" after the fish is already on your line. I might turn the guide off. The only other thing with this game is it frequently freezes up... not sure what's causing this? All in it's very well done and the cost to add additional rivers is very reasonable. Whether or not you fly fish now or not, I think you will enjoy it .

Definitely the best trout fishing game. Ultra realistic river scenes, great way to pass time. I have fished a handful of the streams available, giving a kind of nostalgic aspect to the gameplay. Even found a new king salmon spot by trying one of the streams in the game on an actual fishing trip. Also, had an issue after a couple years where game wouldn't load. E-mailed the developer and in less than a day he had responded and fixed the issue. 5 star service.

Updated review: Realistic graphics and almost just like real fly fishing. The recent update to the game made it go from good to amazing. Being able to play and download more reviews now was a huge improvement to a already good game. The fish actually fight alot more than previous versions as well. One suggestion I would make is being able to rig up like euro nymphing, double nymph, hopper dropper, and so forth instead of just one fly at a time. But, im sure as more updates come the game will only become better. Oh one thing you need to fix though is when trying to match the hatch it doesnt always say what you netted so some insects. So if you could fix that flaw that's the only thing I can find wrong at the moment. Thanks
