So far the app seems to be working well, a couple small glitches, but nothing concerning. One thing I wish it had was a peak force assessment for one hand. I'm sure many of us are using a tension block or similar, so the 2 hand peak force assessment isnt possible. Hopefully it can be added soon!

- App supports the Synapse® supramaximal eccentric training
- Routine favorites and Quick Start shortcuts make routines easier to find
- Reps continue even if force stops momentarily
- Privacy is improved across the app, including EU GDPR compliance
- You can download CSV files for all sessions
- RFD is calculated across the whole rep
- Stability is improved across the app
