Used it for a few months, prices are exactly the same as other platforms or more, despite being advertised as cheaper. The only difference is you can't leave a negative review anywhere for the takeaways, every single takeaway ordered through Lancaster Eats has been delivered late, unlike on other apps. It's almost like the takeaways don't prioritise Lancaster Eats because there's no review function, so they are safe! Will return to other apps now.

We ordered three times using this app to support local takeaways. All three times, they delivered 50 minutes to 90 minutes late. We realised we couldn't leave a review or hold the business accountable. It's very clear UberEats and JustEat orders are prioritised. At the end of the day, it's the takeaways loss, I am now happily ordering on JustEat!

Never had any problems using this app. Always delivered on time or before so I think it's just hit n miss depending on the takeaway you ordered it from regarding that I've been lucky so far using this and will continue to do so Great choice of places to order from also
