Unable to download. The error message says to provide required permissions. With all the permissions given, the app still won't let to download the payslip. Provide a suitable solution/ Update ASAP

Yearly statement is in very small font size, hence it is becoming very difficult in studying. When compared to new pay slip old version was good.

After installing this app when opted for "Pensioner app" it is saying that this feature is coming soon. Even after a month or more same dialogue. Why this is happening to me alone while some other stated to have got it. After my review dt. 31.5.2022 the same is the position today 25.6.2022. No updates so far
