I am using stc Kuwait SIM The package offers 500GB data at a good price which looks attractive on paper. However the internet speed is consistently very slow. It is so slow that out of 500GB I was barely able to use even 5GB. There is no point in offering large data limits if the speed is unusable Browsing streaming and basic app usage are frustrating due to constant lag. Calling is average, but in today’s time, fast and stable internet is more important. Overall Rating:0/5 Very disappointed 😞

After using the STC Kuwait mobile app for over a year, I have observed several critical gaps that significantly impact the customer experience and overall service efficiency. One of the most notable issues is the handling of the in-app wallet. Despite having sufficient funds available, the application does not allow users to utilize their wallet balance to pay for their STC usage. This has been reported several times, the team does a great job to help users, but the app needs to be revamped.
