After using the STC Kuwait mobile app for over a year, I have observed several critical gaps that significantly impact the customer experience and overall service efficiency. One of the most notable issues is the handling of the in-app wallet. Despite having sufficient funds available, the application does not allow users to utilize their wallet balance to pay for their STC usage. This has been reported several times, the team does a great job to help users, but the app needs to be revamped.

My problem is that I am facing a lot of trouble because of having a stc postpaid sim. I get a bill of 7.5kd every month. I clear the bill as well. The thing is that I want to close the sim. I even went to the stc office but no one responds. They say call the customer care and talk to them. Okay, my sim card is postpaid, how can I call, they said it will not be available in the branch.

needs to login frequently with limited access if a data sim is used in a router for data. now a new problem cannot log in using kuwait mobile id. error occurred.
