Why is there no facility like Ooredoo SIM in your organization? Ooredoo SIM has 400 GB data for 8 dinars for 3 months, customers benefit from this. Now the question is if Ooredoo company can do it, why can't you?

After using the STC Kuwait mobile app for over a year, I have observed several critical gaps that significantly impact the customer experience and overall service efficiency. One of the most notable issues is the handling of the in-app wallet. Despite having sufficient funds available, the application does not allow users to utilize their wallet balance to pay for their STC usage. This has been reported several times, the team does a great job to help users, but the app needs to be revamped.
