Constant issues with logging in, even with Kuwait Mobile Id it doesn't log you in. When I am able to login after a while it logs me out and have to go through the hassle again. Worst mobile company app from an over rated provider

bad interface. don't know who designed it. another point is on Internet line it used to ask to send sms to sign in. mobile id never used to work before. now its working. that's good.

I logged in after getting a new SIM, but there is no option to add my name, only the old customer's name is showing , there is no option to edit it.
