I have tried placing an order three times but it would result in an error saying the order cannot be placed even after inputting my credit card OTP. This also happened on the website when I place an order. in the end I placed an order through the phone.

The app ignores my default Android language setting which is set to English. Yet the Pizza Hut app always starts in the Chinese language even if it is changed to English in the app settings. This glitch still has not been fixed.

worst app ever. added coupons in an order, app went straight to payment and processed it, but no coupons applied with no explanation.
