The thing works OK, but in the pictures for the description, it shows a bubble level (the one with the 45 on it) as well as the 360 degree level. The bubble one shows up randomly for a second or two, then leaves. I can't figure out how to set it to stay on. The rest of the app is fine and easy to use, but I knocked off two start for this problem and because I wrote the developer twice over two weeks and received no reply. Truthfully, when a developer wants money for ads to leave, that is fine & good- But if they don't reply to questions after they have your cash, that is no good. I took it off the phone. PS: If you feel the level is not accurate, it is most likely not the app's fault. It is more likely your phone's motion sensor. Try using the phone's calibration routine & the app's.

Chose this over bubble level and smart protractor apps. Downloaded all 3 due to being over a million downloads and the other IMO don't have good user interface as this one. I like the little windows that get you closer to the angle that you,re hunting for. I like that it has the bubble feature as well when you lay the device flat on a table. I'm going to use this to set the differential pinion angle of my Jeep so I can get the correct caster with new adjustable control arms.

The only clinometer/spirit bubble app (that I know of) that does a proper calibration. I just wish it'd show one more digit in it's figures. The sensors are getting good enough for it.
