Ratings and reviews

Quality can be hit and miss. I usually use FreePrints but some prints can have lines going horizontally across the print. Whether it's gloss or matt the quality of the paper or printing machine, I'm not sure. Sometimes the images can come out a bit lighter that the original. Generally I have good experiences with FreePrints, the customer support will help. The delivery is prompt.

Photos are great quality and the fact you get 45 free a mo th is brilliant if you like printed pictures. The only downside is the "fast delivery" which is an extra cost doesn't actually arrive any quicker so it's a bit of a rip off having different delivery options. Stick with normal delivery and you can't go wrong.

UPDATE.. have now given this app a single star instead of my original two star as now that my order has arrived( a day later than stated)I find that my poster was not even printed correctly as half the print is missing down the right side of the page. Making my order useless and pointless. My poster looked fine when I printed a black and white copy at work so its not a file upload fault. WILL NOT USE THIS APP AGAIN.!! not great first impressions.
