Absolutely useless service, at least for me. The whole idea is for me, one of a handful of people who are responsible with their credit cards usage, paying them off soon after using it, can only pay vendors that already accept credit cards on their own respective sites meaning the middle man (aka Plastiq) is of no use to me. I want to use this service for those vendors, aka high dollar payments, who doesn't accept credit cards so I got the travel points. Guess what? Denied! What's the point?

I sent some amounts to a customer through your App, I got a message the following day that the transaction was cancelled and it will be refunded back to my credit card in few days but unfortunately my credit card has issue and it won't accept the refund, I contacted the card company and they said there's nothing to solve the issue, please I want back my money to another card or to my checking account, Thanks.

This app has a wonderful UI. And I was really looking for something to use to make wire transfers virtually. However, there is a lot of improvement needed to pay attention to customer support. I needed to make a payment to buy an asset. The money did not make it. Everytime I tried to reach them I was told time and again that they will update me soon and have me wait until I reached out to them again. Well, turns out I got my back into my account and I lost a very profitable deal. Really upset!
