It's been fun learning with platzi. Though the app has a few problems thst stop me from giving it 5 stars. First, some courses simply don't load for me on the app (but they work on the web), like the ethereum history one for example, or most of the advanced blockchain courses. It gets stuck loading after opening one of these courses. Another smaller problem is that auto play simply stops when there is a text clas in between two video classes, not even loading the text for that class.

Disclaimer: The product is great, and I have learned a lot with the company courses. This review is specifically about the app. I am bing harsh with the rating considering that some of the products you promote the most are UI/UX couses. And the fails in this app are not neglectable to me. Some of them are: (Tested in Samsung Galaxy A50) - When I am watching a course in Landscape mode, and the lesson finishes to continue the next one, it changes to portrait back. Very annoying since I must keep restoring the position. - When the lesson finishes, the next one starts for a few seconds, and then it restarts again. Not a smooth transition. It had happened to me that the same lesson enters in loop, without even changing to the next one (Specially in audiolessons). - Often I happened to minimized the app, and I cannot come back to the lesson I was watching, just the initial menu. - Sometimes the audio keeps playing, and I don't know from where. I cannot re-access the video. I have to just close the app. - If I try to change lesson, the experience is not fluid. The previous lesson keeps playing, and there's not even a loader to indicate that the lessons I clicked on is loading. ------------- The Download section ------------- I use this option constantly since I often find myself in no internet spaces. - The Download option is completely isolated from the actual courses. If I watch a lesson in "Downloads", it should be checked in the course. At least that's what I would expect, like in Netflix. - The information of each class is completely lost in this space. In other words, if I play a lesson in Downloads in portrait mode, there's an ugly blank space below, like if there's something loading, but it's not. It's just empty where it usually comes the description of the lesson, and doesn't look good. - The video player in Downloaded lessons is different from the ones online. Not very consistent, and they are not exactly the same. For instance, the button to go 10 seconds back is very tiny (make it an area, please). - When I delete a big course (+30 lessons), it doesn't show right away it has been deleted, and doesn't even inform (which goes against the UX principles I have learned with you). Feature request? - No bookmark option to save moments in the class. - There's not a list of the courses that I have recently watched. Yes, there's the schools and lists that I created, but there is not a HISTORY list of the lessons or courses I have played. I think that's necessary, just like YouTube. - Although not related to the app, but I don't really know where to write it. In the web app, if I try to play something at 2X speed, it lags. Simply that option cannot be used. Thanks for reading my honest feedback. I hope these thing can get solved soon.

The content is great, but with downloaded files it never keeps track of your progress. It always crashes in the middle of the video with no reason. It makes nonsense to download files if you can't use them. Is it an issue with Android or Xiaomi in particular?
