Fasting Tracker is a simple intermittent fasting timer. Pick a fasting window, tap start, and a circular ring counts up the hours so you always know how long you have been fasting and how much of your goal is left.
WHAT THE TIMER SHOWS
The ring displays your start time, your goal time and the percentage of the window you have completed. Tap it to open the fasting stages screen, which maps the hours of a fast onto commonly used labels: fed, sugar drops, fat burning, ketosis and autophagy. These are time markers only. They tell you where you are on the clock, not what your body is doing, and the hours are approximate and differ from person to person.
FASTING WINDOWS
- 12:12, a gentle window for a first fast
- 14:10, a step up from 12:12
- 16:8, the most searched intermittent fasting schedule
- 18:6, a longer window
- 20:4, a short eating window (Pro)
- OMAD, one meal a day (Pro)
HISTORY AND STATS
Every finished fast is saved. The history screen lists them day by day with the goal you set, the time you actually fasted and whether you reached the goal or ended early. A seven day bar chart shows recent fasting hours at a glance, next to your total number of fasts, the number of goals you hit and your longest fast.
BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
The app works fully offline. There is no account, no sign-up and no sync, so your fasting history stays on your device. The interface is a single ring, a start button and a history list, which is all a fasting timer really needs.
WHO USES A FASTING TIMER
People following a 16:8 fasting schedule who want to see the hours instead of doing mental arithmetic. People trying 18:6 or a 20:4 eating window and tracking how often they finish. People running OMAD who want a record of the day. Anyone who wants a fast tracker that opens instantly and closes just as fast.
FASTING PRO
IMPORTANT
Fasting Tracker is a timer and a logbook. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical, dietary or health advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Fasting is not suitable for everyone. Talk to a doctor or a qualified health professional before you fast, in particular if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are under eighteen, if you take medication or if you have any medical condition. The app is supported by ads.
A FASTING APP THAT IS A CLOCK AND A RING
One tap starts it: hours elapsed, percent of the goal and the time you will reach it. Tap the ring for the stages — digesting, sugar dropping, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy — with approximate times that vary from person to person. The 16:8 and 18:6 goals are here; the subscription adds 20:4 and OMAD along with the full history and its stats. Not medical advice.
PRO SUBSCRIPTION
The core tools stay available without paying. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, and ads keep showing during that trial. After it ends, the weekly subscription renews automatically and removes the ads. Cancel any time in Google Play.
If you already bought the Pro version, it stays yours for life, with no subscription.
