I really didn't expect to like this game so much. I thought it was a puzzle game of sorts but it's more of a rouge-lite deck builder with auto combat and some city building elements. The free trial gives you a good idea of what the game is like and for a little over $6 you can unlock all content. No ads or an ocean of micro transactions. I'd 100% recommend giving the game a try, it's fantastic.

So far it's decent, but I have noticed a bug almost immediately, after skipping the tutorial, you come to a screen that has you build a camp fire... You get the card... But you can't place the camp fire, resources aren't depleted so you can make the same camp fire multiple times (only giving the same 1 card) I don't really want to play the tutorial again... But till it's fixed guess I have to.

What is Loop Hero? Quite simply... a dungeon crawler + a deckbuilder + a resource management simulator. You go around a loop, fight enemies, get cards (that can be weapons, resources or map tiles), then you improve yourself and harden the world. But remember, don't rush. Take your time to be strategic and mindful of your surroundings. Cause trust me, with a beautiful art style, memorable music, and incredible gameplay, this is a game you'll want to play and buy... over and over again.
