Ratings and reviews

Playmetrics is fairly simple, but not necessarily user friendly. It could be smoother but communication was easy with coaches and other player's family. The notifications were perfect, I didnt miss any chats and the schedule was not too hard to find. It is very basic but appealing and did help us get through our soccer season! I wish it was easier to go from one part to the other in the app but it functions.

Still can't use the back button and thats been a pain point since forced to use this app for last 3 years. Now within the chat you can no longer just open an attachment to look at it, you have to download it. I want the option to download, I don't need to download every single picture or document that gets shared. It was nicer with the magnifying glass option to open in another browser and view and download from there.

After some things were fixed over the past year it is working much better... BUT... Still not a way to acknowledge a message sent in the chats other than typing a reply. It would be SO much more convenient to be able to just "react" (thumbs up for example) to a message for the sender to know it's been seen. Also still frustrating that the phone's back button won't work to back out of/close the app.
