Connect with an online doctor or virtual therapist with the PlushCare app. We offer access to top-quality, board-certified virtual primary care and mental health professionals across the U.S. in all 50 states. Our team of 100+ physicians and employees' mission is to help everyone live a longer, healthier, and happier life.

Expertise and Achievements
We select doctors from the top 50 U.S. medical institutions to ensure patients get the best care possible. Every physician and therapist undergo an extensive interview process and is U.S. board-certified.

Holistic patient-centered care
Our app focuses on treating the whole patient with our staff of medical professionals, dietitians, nurses, coaches, and programs comprehensively addressing all aspects of your health. We can refer you to in-network providers and care facilities if in-person care is necessary.

Healthcare Services
Our care team is here for you and your family (ages 3+ for most services). We offer wellness visits, urgent care, chronic care management, and mental health services from COVID testing and UTI medication to cancer screening, A1C checks, online therapy, and mental health medication.

Appointments are available daily with board-certified doctors for everyday issues, including:
Allergies
Cold, strep, sinus infections, and flu symptoms
COVID-19 treatment
Ear infections
Pink eye
Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
Digestive issues
Urinary tract and bladder infections

Chronic care management includes identifying and managing chronic health issues, including:
Diabetes
High Blood Pressure
Heart Disease
Asthma
Arthritis
Osteoporosis
Migraines
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Crohn's Disease

Our online therapy and mental health support programs include the following:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma
Grief

Medical Weight loss programs are also available and will collect the following information:
Medical history is taken
Body mass index (BMI) is calculated
Blood testing is done

Insurance coverage
We work with most major insurance carriers to provide coverage when you need it most. Most patients with in-network insurance pay $30 or less.

Privacy and Security
Your privacy and keeping your information secure is our top priority. To protect patients' sensitive health information, we conduct the following:
HIPAA Compliance: includes implementing technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect patient information.
Secure Data Transmission: We use secure communication platforms and encrypted methods to transmit sensitive patient data.

Access Control: We have implemented authentication and access control to ensure robust authentication methods to verify the identity of patients and medical professionals accessing the system.
Data Encryption: All patient data, whether at rest or in transit, is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
Protected Data Storage: Patient data is stored in secure, protected environments, such as HIPAA-compliant cloud storage services, with access controls and audit trails in place.
3rd Party Vendor Security Standards: 3rd party vendors also adhere to privacy and security standards. This includes signing agreements that outline how patient data will be handled and protected.

Video Consultation Permissions: We ask for camera and audio permissions (CAMERA and RECORD_AUDIO) to facilitate video and audio consultations when a patient arranges a telehealth appointment.

File Upload Permissions: We request file storage permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) to enable uploading photos or files, allowing patients to share documents with their medical team or save important information.

Bluetooth Access: We ask for Bluetooth permissions (BLUETOOTH/BLUETOOTH_ADMIN) to enable the usage of external microphones or headphones for your appointment.

COVID-19 Data Usage: PlushCare only uses the personal data it acquires for COVID-19-related purposes in conjunction with its app’s user-facing purpose.

This use to be my go to app for Health care and prescription refills, but recently their prices went WAY up. $150 a Vist and $14.99 a month "subscription"- just to book an appointment without having to call- it's absolutely crazy expensive. Most other online services are around $50 (which is what I used to pay for plushcare). The doctors on here are constantly leaving too. You just get to know one, and they are gone. So keep that in mind before you book an appointment.

Could be a great service. Unfortunately,there is just way too many technical issues. The website has been down when going into an appointment, audio feedback during an appointment (w/ and w/o headphones), the app not working during an appointment, not being able to view my account in the app, not being able to log in on the browser. Just seems there is always some technical issue happening. It is unfortunate because this theoretically could be a great service and I love the idea of telehealth.

Very long response times. It says 1-2 days but it's usually 3-4 days. Having to pay an extra 14$ a month for the "convenience of the app" and receiving slow care isn't adding up. Also when I call I never get anyone over the phone because it's forever on hold. So really you're paying $14 for the convenience of rescheduleing appointments and always seeing available Drs.
