restarts all the time. deletes messages, and you have to start over. it takes hrs to download old msg. very annoying. 9.3.25 deleted account again had to re-register and download old msg from 5 years ago. will not let me delete old msg with colleagues that i dont work with anymore. update: today 11.18.25. the app reset itself. deleted all past txt. will not accept password and the security code thats texted to you does notmwork.

This messaging service between me and my doctor has never had a problem. We have been using it for almost five years. I feel completely confident when I use it that nothing will be shared or compromised.

The video quality was not great. The audio was great. No other issues.

Thanks for letting us know! We’re happy the audio came through clearly, and sorry the video wasn’t ideal. We optimize for weaker connections, but sometimes the local network just isn’t strong enough for high-quality video. For future calls, switching from Wi-Fi to cellular (or vice versa) or moving to a spot with better reception can help.
