this app is absolutely horrible. I keep trying to log in to be ready for my appointment and it doesn't work. I took screen shots of it. why do medical offices use such horrible apps? they are based in Massachusetts so that explains a lot. I use to live there.

restarts all the time. deletes messages, and you have to start over. it takes hrs to download old msg. very annoying. 9.3.25 deleted account again had to re-register and download old msg from 5 years ago. will not let me delete old msg with colleagues that i dont work with anymore.

never get alerts about apps. when my provider finally calls me, the app.opens, but I don't see where to accept the meeting. the provided doesn't wait more than a minute then ends the call. hate this.
