This app has been really great during a time when things have gone remote. The video on both ends are clear! A huge plus is there is never a lag, which is important with appointments such as connecting with my psychiatrist. One last thing is the security of pMD is very high. It definitely makes me feel safe using this app while talking about confidential matters 🙂!

I set up my account for my first appointment and it was very easy except the knowing to contact my provider after entering my number (I had been told it would ask for approval to use camera etc - skipped the contact provider part). Once that was figured out, it went very well. Had a test run and everything worked great!

For existing patients this is a good app. For new patients it needs work. I would get rid of the rolling cards to enter admission date and date of birth. they are really painful especially for older patients. Free text date of birth would be much easier

What's new

The latest enhancement to video meetings and telehealth visits is now available. Users can now view information that is being shared with them via screen-sharing, providing more transparency and efficiency when it comes to patient care.
