To be honest apart from 1 technical problem, I have never had a problem with this app or service and to be fair they have sorted it quite quickly. I don't think this gets enough credit, it's dramatically helped my credit rating, it's really helped get my life back on track. It's so simple to use, and okay they charge a fee which they do explain very clearly but that's how they make money. The banks do worse, so I'm very happy to have found this service!

Really helpful when have no valid I'd for banks as had no passport or driving license and with pockit managed to get all my accounts back up and running thank you pockit altho issues with chargeback since October I have been waiting poor customer service and also I have surpassed 3months of over £600 on my account and still don't have the income advance feature in my app for some reason altho it says that it becomes available automatically after 3months it hasnt for me

I have had a mostly positive experience with my Pockit account since opening it just over 3 years ago, however it should also be made clear with regards to the Income Advance feature especially, that although the promotional material declares 'no credit checks; access this feature after putting 600 a month in for 3 months ', that this just isn't the case. Their only excuse is that they use 'an heuristic system ' to allow access or NOT with ZERO further explanation.
