This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a payment provider. After I paid the initial registration amount, there was no proper support or follow-up as expected. Instead, I was asked to make additional payments without receiving the promised assistance or clarity. I’m sharing screenshots below as proof of my experience so others can be informed and cautious. Please make sure to verify everything thoroughly before proceeding with any payments.

A very simple and easy to use app, the sign up process was fairly simple. Having paylink as for our payment receivables partner has made our sales grow significantly. The best part of it is the support teams availability on WhatsApp almost any time of the day when you need them.

The customer service is brilliant, prompt, clear and fast. Many provide similar sollutions, but have failed hard because of communication and service. These guys are highly recommended.
