Great News Source for politics, love reading their in depth articles. Would prefer to pay them directly rather than have ads, but I can live with that. 4 stars because I wish they would allow you to viewing history tab. Sometimes I'll be reading an article and hit an ad accidentally or have to exit out for a phone call and when I come back I can't find the article and I don't remember the exact title for the search bar which is aggravating.

Very buggie app. It sends out notification that a news article is available, but when you click on the notification, it first opens the app to show that article, and then 2 seconds later, it blanks out and tells you the article is not available. Another frequent issue: you select an article to read, and it takes you to a completely different article. This app could seriously benefit from being completely revamped.

It stops working. I call and write to Politico and never get a response. Went back to Huffington post app. Update. The app is still a problem. Articles don't always load. You often have to open previous articles to open the article you want to read. The program also prevents my phone from going into sleep mode. I've had this app on a Samsung 7 and OnePlus. Both phones would not go into sleep mode automatically. If the politico app is removed, then sleep mode works
