Finally,after making my phone unsecure with so many steps and changes just to have this app work. Spent an hour going through all settings that don't match instructions. apk has issues. App is still 2nd rate. You rake in millions a year from lottery gambling and can't do IT dev right, get better programmers. Prior: Constant crashes on the games tab at the bottom. On occasion, it says I'm not in Kansas. When it works, it's good. Hit or miss. Can't scan tickets on the website.

Like most of you, I was unable to use the app for months because my phone didn't like it. It would always want me to update, but no update was available. I was able to download it yesterday after talking with customer support. She suggested that I clear my cashe. It did work for a few hours, but now trying to log in it says "Sign in unavailable" currently experiencing technical, blah, blah

Well, at least the app itself works, unlike MO's. It's just that theres barely any reason to bother. The "rewards" are almost always just drawings you wont won anyway. When they do get generous and offer free tickets, it seems to be just for appearances because you can't get them, it'll just say they're no longer available, as though they ran out somehow.
