Ratings and reviews

Since they updated it in 2025, at least you can use the ticket verification again. And now you can (sometimes) buy tickets online. That's the good news. It verifies that you're in Kansas, which is fine but it doesn't work about half the time, even if I'm at my same home IP address. Usually it requires you to log in every time. There's no biometric option that I've found. The game results don't refresh consistently, and sometimes you'll see information from months ago.

Atrocious app. The simplistic thing that is needed, scanning a ticket, doesn't tell you if your a winner or not, simply says you have redeem points. Can't go back to find previously scanned tickets to check if it won that way. had the app a grand total of 20 minutes before deleting and going to check the ticket at the gas station. Par for the course with KS government.

After installing and uninstalling, losing track of how many times I have done so, I still get an error that an update is available, even though i have installed the update. won't let me log in. Undo the update! I haven't been able to check a ticket or scan anything on the app. Come on KS Lottery. You can do better than this. I agree with all the other reviews, the update did nothing to improve the app, only made it worse.
