the app is good and easy to use and order from. the reason for the 3 stars is customer support is horrible. I received to heavily damaged packages back to back including one with a stamp from usps stating they received it damaged. customer support has me going through hoops to the point I'm over it. So if something arrives damage keep everything including shipping box cause they will continue to ask for multiple pictures of it.

got the update but a popup keeps coming saying "update app" when I already did. it won't let me get into the app without clicking "update". it's supposably a better user experience but it's already crashing. love popmart but the app SUCKs. it constantly crashes. sometimes I feel like it's unfair for users trying to get a certain product but they cant since it crashes. one time I got a pop-up that said "this purchase seems fishy" and kicks me out from purchasing. Everything is always out of stock

It forced me to move apps and then wont let me log in or try to log in with my number it just wont send me a code. So now all my points will just be gone because youre trying to force me to make a new account when I already had one. easy enough I just will never buy from yall online again 🤷🏻‍♀️
