Your Porter app is designed to assist you throughout your travels. Manage your trips, check in, get your e-boarding pass and other important day-of-travel information - your handy assistant is just a tap away.

Check in on the go
Easily check in for your flight from anywhere. Add a bag, view, change or upgrade your seat and update your details so you can skip the lines at the airport! Your boarding passes are saved for offline use in the app.

Flight status
Check your flight status by searching the flight route or flight number. You will see details of your flight such as departure/arrival times and layovers as well as timely updates of the flight status.

Flight notifications, stay in the know
Getting the latest information on your flight has never been easier - simply enable mobile push notifications to receive important flight alerts for flight delays, cancellations and check-in reminders.

Select seats
Whether you prefer a window or aisle seat or wish to enjoy more generous legroom, you can now choose your favourite seat with a click of a button on our app.

Add baggage
If you need to bring a checked bag, the app allows you to easily add baggage to your booking. You’ll save time and money by booking your extra bags in advance - baggage fees are lower on our app vs. at the airport.

Can't log in - When I attempt to log in I just get an arc circling Mr. Porter. This just goes on and on, with no timeout and no log in. I've tried logging in with both my email & my VIPorter # - No luck. I've cleared the app's cache, cleared its data, rebooted the phone, tried on both wifi and cellular and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No joy. All the other airline apps work fine - But the Porter App does not. ...and there is no way to get technical support anywhere.

I love flying with Porter but this app is terrible!!! It doesn't add flights associated with your VIPorter account automatically so you need to manually add them to the app. And then, every so often, the app logs you out completely, doesn't notify you of it, and when you go to use it (like to check in to a flight) you discover you have to log back in and then go hunting for your booking confirmation again because it's forgotten those flights you manually added before. Absolutely exhausting.

Slow. App takes 10s to load boarding passes and flight details when going back and forth, something that should be cached and instantaneous. Difficult to use when you need your boarding passes quickly. The "Flight Status" icon takes you to a generic flight lookup instead of showing you your own flights that it knows you have. Flight details continue to show "On Time" even when flight was 1.5 hours late taking-off and I had to use an external flight-tracking site to get the actual status. Yikes!
