Difficult to use. If you have to download it, your job is about to very pettily force you to ask for days off individually, one at a time, and give reasons for every day you want off. It's not intuitive. It's not made to help us. It was more of a hassle to fill out that calendar then it was to get the last three jobs I had. If your job asks you to download "LIFELENZ", maybe consider downloading "Indeed" instead.

Absolute nightmare, have not been able to log in for 3 mnths! Every time I try to reset my SSO it says its not the right password. SO FRUSTRATING!!! Why do we have to change passwords every 3 months??? I don't get that with any other App... not even online banking. It's only McDonald's shift rotas , hardly the most private or confidential information in the world.

Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear you've had trouble logging in. The SSO login and password expiry policy are managed by your organisation, not Lifelenz. We'd recommend reaching out to your manager or IT team to get this resolved.

Since recent updates I have been constantly logged out, and been given the run around when trying to log back in. I just want to look at my shifts quickly to plan accordingly, but Lifelenz wants to interfere with my ability to work. The support link in the app is also broken, so I have no means of recourse for their mistakes. Update: The app is still interfering with my right to work.
