Ratings and reviews

Difficult to use. If you have to download it, your job is about to very pettily force you to ask for days off individually, one at a time, and give reasons for every day you want off. It's not intuitive. It's not made to help us. It was more of a hassle to fill out that calendar then it was to get the last three jobs I had. If your job asks you to download "LIFELENZ", maybe consider downloading "Indeed" instead.

Very frustrating app. Every time I try to pick up a shift, it shows "Shift cannot be picked up due to compliance reasons." Several colleagues have the same issue. Please fix this bug and improve the app.

Hate this app, keeps making me change the password, so many freaking times, I have to go through so many ways to log in and still not working, worst app ever for Mcd login. I wish I could give it no stars at all!
