I have used this app a few times and it has been awesome until this week. I paid off the entire amount of my loan and was quickly approved for another. When I click the link from the email, go directly into the app or use the website once my email, password abs verification code is entered the screen turns completely white. I have reached out to support, I've sent screen shots of the issue and they have yet to even try to help. I used to rave about how easy and quick they were but now I'm not.

I use this app quite often with no issues, my bank account linked to it has been the same for years with no change and now all of a sudden it won't re-link and says it can't find a checking account associated with my bank which I very much have. It has been 3 days since I sent a request via the contact us button with NO RESPONSE and it is not on my banking end as I have already called and confirmed with them. Very frustrating

NOTHING I said below has changed. Its always the same run around from customer service. I have yet to be able to get a loan with this app. I have connected my bank account (the one my paycheck goes into) but it keeps saying there is an issue with the account and tap to fix it. I do that and nothing happens. I have reached out several times to them and every time I get the same advice. NONE of which works. I want to use the app but my experience so far has been frustratingly disappointing.
