It's simple and easy to apply for loan. Although, changing primary accounts and other bank info should be able to be done thru the app by me instead of spending time emailing back and forth with customer service to do. Also, should be able to delete closed bank account once new one is linked. Otherwise, all is good with Possible and getting the money I need.

I've used them many times in a needed pinch. There was some difficulty when I changed my address, so I stopped using them for a while. Finally got things figured out after denial, after denial. Not a clue what the issue was since it was just an address change and nothing else, but most of the time, customer service was just going in circles. So, 3 generous stars for all the noise before I could get it to work again. It's gotten more expensive since my last time. I'm not sure it's worth it now.

been very happy with this app. very clean and easy to navigate app. the only downsides are that: a) you really can't change due dates. b) whatever amount borrowed, it claims it's $x/MO, eg $100 is $25/mo, but the amount withdrawn for repayment is $50/mo.
