About this app

Possible is the mobile self-service app for employees of Possible. Clock in and out with a scan of the hotel's QR, view your weekly schedule, submit leave and time-correction requests, receive push notifications when a payslip is issued, and scan documents (IDs, contracts) directly into your HR file.

• Clock in / clock out via QR scan with geofence check — only accepted at the hotel
• Weekly schedule with scheduled vs actual hours
• Payslip archive — view and save as PDF
• Request time off (annual, sick, unpaid, business travel, other)
• Request a time correction if you forgot to clock in or out
• Request a shift swap with a coworker
• Native document scanner — scan IDs, contracts, permits directly into your HR profile
• Push notifications for schedule changes, payslip issued, correction decisions, birthday greetings

SIGN IN

Login requires a username (your employee number or email) and a password issued to you by your HR administrator. There is no self-registration. If you do not work for Possible , this app is not for you.
