Either smth is wrong with the app or I don't have any explanation. Quite useless. Doesn't recognize the pass and after many attempts it decides to recognize it (same pass). requires a pass recovery. Doesn't recognize the mobile nr at first and after few attempts it decides to. It is a shame, it is a big reality Poste IT. It can be a tool to relieve the queues in their offices. I would have given a 0 stars if that would have been possible.
