Before this app is very helpful and you can use it to pay your bill and other stuff but now that they change it, everything becomes very disturbing, I tried several times to recover my credentials but the app is not working and I went to the post office and they also tried what they can and later sent me a provisional password to use it and it still can't open I don't know maybe it's a technical issue Bo?

Just bad. Can't log in. If i pass with the code and a fingerprint, the next screen asks me to do the same step and then it comes up with an error. When you try to get help, the robot gives you an answer to a question you didn't ask and then says "bye". I am beyond furious. I can't see my account, can't top up my phone. How can you in this day and age get stuck like this? Shame on you!

please I want to give you an update concerning my account, if I go out it is still not closed if I return I entered directly without putting password. I think the way poste pay login was is better than this one. scammers can quickly have direct access to my account in such a situation kindly change the login process. before they stole my money and blocked my account and requested a replacement card in which I've never did I just wake up early mornings I saw I can't access my account. kindly help
