rented for 59 minutes and only charged my phone to 10%. info says once pack is returned the $35 hold is released on my card, it's been returned for 16 hours and still have hold showing. recommend using this service only as a last resort. you fair better asking to use a stores plugin to charge your device .

This is a SCAM! It is impossible to even register. Too many steps to and info required and It does not troubleshoot well.

This scams don't do it it says 5.99 for 1 day it charged me 35 when I didn't even use it yet
