Simple Period Tracker is a private period tracker and period calendar for your menstrual cycle. Log your period, see the date of your next period, and keep all your data on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no ads.

TRACK YOUR PERIOD
• Log period days on the calendar with flow level: light, medium or heavy
• Add a note to any day in your period log
• Edit or remove any entry at any time

PERIOD PREDICTION
• Predicts your next three periods and marks them on the period calendar
• Shows how many days are left until your next period
• Predictions use your last period start date and your own cycle length and period length
• Defaults to a 28-day menstrual cycle and a 5-day period; change both in settings

CYCLE TRACKER
• Current cycle day shown at the top of the screen
• A cycle bar showing each day of your current cycle, with logged period days highlighted
• Select any date to see which cycle day it was

MONTH AND YEAR CALENDAR
• Monthly period calendar with markers for period days, predicted days, today and notes
• Year view showing your period history twelve months at a time
• Week starts on Monday or Sunday

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
• No account, no registration, no sign-in
• Your menstrual cycle data is stored only on your device
• Works offline, without an internet connection
• No ads

BACKUP AND RESTORE
• Back up your period tracker data to a file you keep
• Restore your data on the same phone or a new one
• Each backup is verified before it is restored

THEMES
• Ten color themes, including Dark and High Contrast
• Follows your system dark mode, or choose a fixed theme

Ratings and reviews

This app has exactly what I wanted. simple tracking so I can see if and when things change for me. I specifically wanted an app without ovulation prediction, and this is it! If you want to know when you're fertile, there are a million other apps for that. Sometimes simplicity is the most effective. For us in the U.S., the calendar week beginning on Monday takes a little adjustment but the app is relevant, user-friendly, and otherwise perfect for my needs. Thank you, Pavel Poley!

It is a rare day when I open an app and immediately give it a 5 star review. But here I am! Wow wow wow! This is exactly what I need!! I was SICK of the other apps being cluttered, ads, locking core features behind extremely expensive subscriptions, etc. This app actually has given me more hope in humanity than I've felt this whole month. Seriously, I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but I deal with serious stress from being in the US so I MUST know what my period is doing.

Does exactly as the description says. Simple period tracker, no over thinking it no OT tracking options. Period here! yep! tick! thank you for something so simple when life can be all too hard at times!!
